Return Policies
We at PHOQT strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at contact@phoqt.com
1. What is the Exchange Policy for the products?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received or need a size change, you can request a return for it from the Returns and Exchange page.
Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be checked and we will issue your refund to the original mode of payment. (Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable). Items will have to be unused, with their original tags and packaging. We accept return requests placed within 7 days of delivery.
2. What sort of checks do you do for Returned products?
We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.
3. How long will the return process take?
Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. This Reverse Pickup facility is only available for pin codes supported for Reverse Pickups by our courier partners. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.
4. What if my pincode is not supported for Reverse Pickups?
We request you to self-ship the product to us. We will refund you a maximum amount of Rs.100 in lieu of the shipping costs.
5. How do I self-ship the products?
Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

6. Can I get a refund in my bank account for a return?
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original mode of payment. Requests for bank transfers can only be made for up to 7 days from when the return is delivered.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued as gift cards for purchase at phoqt.com only.
7. Can I return some products out of a larger order?
Yes, you can return a part of an order, but any discounts, coupons, or combo offers applied on your order will not be considered when processing these returns.
8. What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per Redwolf's Exchange Policy?
Special requests and custom orders do not qualify for returns or exchange. If the returned product indicates usage, we will neither issue a refund nor will we ship the item back.
We will also not accept Returns or Exchanges on Pre-ordered products or for products under any special promotions such as Mystery T-shirts where it is specifically indicated that the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Please request a return for it from the Returns and Exchange page and mention the error or defect in your order.
10. Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
All our products are printed on demand and hence cannot be canceled once the order is placed. However, if a cancellation is necessary, we will provide you with a gift card of an amount equivalent to your order for any future purchase at phoqt.com.
11. Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Refund of a prepaid order is only possible when the order has not been processed from our end. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
In case the order has been processed, we will issue a gift card of an amount equivalent to your order for any future purchase at phoqt.com.
12. Is there any limit on the number of times the same product can be returned?
Yes, the same product can not be returned more than 2 times. We reserve the right to refuse a return in case of any abuse of the Returns process.
